How long this bottle will last depends on whether you consider your condition to be mild or chronic. For example:
Mild
The mild user would find that after initially using the product, as recommended, for the first three days, they will have used approximately 187ml, leaving them in the region of 50ml, almost enough for one more bath or 60 spray applications of half a dozen sprays each.
Thereafter, we would be surprised if you had to order more than one bottle per month. In deed, given that you can expect to get in the order of 310 spray applications of half a dozen sprays each from one bottle, many of our users find that their second and subsequent purchases last them a long time. indeed.
Chronic
The chronic user, on the other hand, would find that in using the product, as recommended, for the first five days, they will have used approximately 450ml -- almost two bottles.
Thereafter, it will really depend upon the severity of your condition and whether localised to one or more areas. Were you to spray twice daily -- once in the morning after bathing or showering and then again at night before retiring to bed -- and on each occasion applied five layers of half a dozen sprays each, then you would need to order one bottle per month.
