- Can I pay by cheque?
- Yes, of course. Just send a cheque made out to Natural Health and Fitness Ltd. for the correct amount to the address on the Orders page. Paying by cheque does take a few days longer than ordering online or by credit or debit card. First your letter has to reach us and then the cheque has to be cleared by the bank before we can dispatch the goods.
- How soon after ordering online or by credit or debit card will I receive my Kool 'n Fit?
- We endeavor to have your order in the post within 24 hours at the latest. Then it is up to the Royal Mail to get the Kool 'n Fit to you.
- How do I activate the 21-day, money-back, no-quibble guarantee?
- Just return the bottle and unused contents to Natural Health and Fitness Ltd, 13 The Coverts, Hutton, Brentwood, Essex. CM13 2JP along with your name, address and stating the reason for returning the goods. Your money will be refunded immediately irrespecive of your reason. - I get stomach problems when I take painkillers. Can I replace the tablets with your spray?
